Queen Kat Designs has done it again! Vicki and all the stamp designers have come up with some fabulous new designs for this month and so many of them feature fun designs inspired by Alice in Wonderland!!
Okay, did you start from the beginning of the hop at the QKD blog. If you did you found the "dark side" of QKD -- the Dark Ink Sorority! If you like your stamps a little grungy, a little punk, then this is the place for you. That is why I love QKD so much!!! You can be cutesy or glam or hard core rock and find stamps that are just for you!!!
Okay, back to the new releases this week, you should have hopped here from Jules' blog. Now it is time for my new release, using the sketch that you can find on the QKD blog!
This week I am featured Melia Newman's stamp set, Tea 4 2. If you have followed along with my posts, then you know that I love Melia and her dragons and this set is no exception. Of course, you will have to wait to see the dragon because my card today features another stamp from the set -- the hat. I love this hat!!! It is the perfect Mad Hatter's hat!
The sentiment I printed off from my computer, but the set comes with two sentiments that I will show you in future posts!
Now, time to head off to Wynneth's blog; she is crafting with the WIS kit this month and if you don't have this kit, then once you see her creations, you will definitely need to stop by the store and add it!!!

QKD Monday Hop
I hope that you got to join in on the fun with the Sweet Crop this past weekend on the QKD site. If you didn't know about all the fun going on, then make sure you sign up to be a member to stay in on the loop!!!
Okay, the challenge for the Monday hop was an inspiration challenge. The challenge was an old ad for carpet - oh my!!
Before I post my creation, just wanted to make sure you started your hop at the QKD blog and hopped here from Helene's blog. If not, then head back to the beginning and hop away!! Okay, back to my post, I looked at the ad and thought about all the textures that I could see -- I am such a simple scrapper when it comes to my cards and layouts that I was at first stumped, but then I started digging through my scraps box and found some old paper that worked perfectly. I used the new set On a High Note.
And speaking of new stamps, QKD released seven new stamps this weekend that you can pick up for one low price of $25.00 for the entire bundle! Great deal!!!
Now it is time to head off to Wynneth's blog to see what fabulous creation she has. Then don't forget to go back to the QKD blog tomorrow for Tuesday's hop.

It is another fabulous Monday here and it is time again for the QKD Monday blog hop -- Part II of New Releases, last week, I played with On a High Note and this week I played with Bon Voyage!
Okay, back to the hop, you should have hopped here from the vintage wonder known as Helene (one day I am going to scrap like her - I hope!). If you just stumbled onto my blog, head back to the beginning of the hop at the QKD blog so you do not miss any of the new creations this week.
Our challenge this week was to use this sketch made by the Queen herself.
And here's my take on the sketch:
I rotated the sketch for my card, and I love how it turned out. Now, time to head off to Wynneth's blog to see what she has created for this week's hop; I know it will be fabulous!!! And don't forget that right now, stamps are on sale for 35% off!!! So, you can get the new releases for a steal!!!
Tomorrow the other group starts their hop at the QKD blog as well, make sure you see their fabulous creations as well.
