Carrie Hawks Release Day!

Today the focus at QKD is Carrie Hawks!! She has some super cute images that are sure to be on the top of your list.

Triple Tiara Tuesday at QKD

Here it is another Tuesday, so another TTT for Queen Kat Designs. So, every week, three of the DT members for QKD have a new challenge. If you play along, then you can link up to your image on the QKD blog (just click on the link above to take you to the blog.)

Okay, our challenge this week was to use a brayer. Well, I don't own a brayer and don't live near a store that sells one, so I had to improvise for this challenge.

I ended up using a foam paint roller, the small size that is meant for trim work. Not sure if I ended up with the same type of technique but I loved how my card turned out.



I used both green and blue ink on my background and love the softness of it. I stamped directly onto the background paper for both the image and the sentiment stamp (both of which are found in the February Royal Kit by Queen Kat Designs).

I got to play with the Red Baby Dragon stamp; this stamp is such a cutie. Here's my creations using this fabulously fun stamp! I used both red and green as my colors and loved how he turned out!
